This Agreement includes a compulsory arbitration clause that necessitates individual arbitration for dispute resolution instead of jury trials, court proceedings, or any form of class actions.

By providing your telephone number and participating in a communication program, you consent to receive automated text messages and notifications. Consent is not required to purchase products or services, but opting out may affect service functionality.

  • Unsecure – Messages are unencrypted and may carry privacy risks.
  • Opt-Out – Reply STOP or contact us to discontinue messages.
  • Usage – Message frequency varies; carrier rates may apply.
  • Indemnification – You agree to indemnify us for claims related to failure to update your phone number.
